How to recover or reset your B2BLIX login

Learn what to check when your B2BLIX login fails, how to reset your password, and what to do when the normal recovery process does not restore access.

When this article is relevant

This article is for sellers who cannot sign in to their B2BLIX account because their password is not accepted, they have forgotten it, or the password recovery process does not work as expected.

The usual solution is to reset the password through the B2BLIX sign-in page. If that does not restore access, the account may require assistance from B2BLIX support.

Short answer

Use the Forgot password option on the B2BLIX login page and complete the password recovery process.

If you still cannot access the account, contact B2BLIX support. In some cases, support may provide a temporary password. After signing in with it, follow the prompt to create a new password for your account.

Do not include your current password in a support request. Support only needs the information required to identify the affected account.

What to check before resetting your password

Before starting password recovery, check the following:

  • Make sure you are signing in to your B2BLIX account, not directly to a Pigu Group marketplace account.
  • Check that the account email or login name has been entered correctly.
  • Make sure Caps Lock is not changing the password.
  • If you copied the password, check that no extra spaces were included.
  • If your browser or password manager filled in the password automatically, try entering the latest password manually.

How to reset your B2BLIX password

  1. Open the B2BLIX sign-in page.
  2. Select Forgot password.
  3. Enter the account information requested by the recovery form.
  4. Complete the password recovery instructions.
  5. Return to the sign-in page and try the new password.

After a successful reset, update any saved login details in your browser or password manager. Otherwise, the old password may be entered automatically the next time you sign in.

If password recovery does not work

Contact B2BLIX support when:

  • The Forgot password process cannot be completed.
  • You completed the recovery process but the new password is still not accepted.
  • You are unsure which account login should be used.
  • You receive a temporary password but still cannot sign in.

When contacting support, explain that you cannot access your B2BLIX account and describe which recovery step failed. Include the email address or other account identifier you normally use, but do not send any password.

Where appropriate, support may set a temporary password. Sign in using the temporary password and follow the on-screen request to replace it with a new password.

Common login scenarios

The saved password is outdated

Your browser may continue using an older password after a reset. Remove or update the saved password, and then enter the new password manually.

The password was copied incorrectly

An extra space at the beginning or end of a copied password can cause the login to fail. Enter the password manually and check the letter case.

The password reset did not restore access

If the normal recovery process does not work, further account assistance may be required. Contact B2BLIX support instead of repeatedly trying different passwords.

Example

A seller enters the password saved in their browser, but B2BLIX does not accept it. The seller uses Forgot password and creates a new password. The login still fails because the browser continues filling in the previous password.

The seller removes the saved password, enters the new password manually, and signs in successfully.

What to do next

  1. Check the login details and try entering the password manually.
  2. Use Forgot password to create a new password.
  3. Update any password saved in your browser or password manager.
  4. If access is still not restored, contact B2BLIX support and describe the failed recovery step.
  5. If support provides a temporary password, use it to sign in and immediately complete the requested password update.
