How to manage billing, invoices, subscriptions, trials, and cancellation

Learn where to download invoices, update billing details, manage or cancel your subscription, apply a discount coupon, and check service reactivation after payment.

This guide explains the main billing and subscription tasks for the B2BLIX Pigu BuyBox service, including practical checks when a payment or discount does not appear as expected.

What this guide covers

This guide is relevant when you need to:

  • Download a subscription invoice.
  • Update company or billing details.
  • Manage or cancel your subscription.
  • Apply a trial or discount coupon.
  • Restore access after an unpaid subscription has been paid.
  • Understand which settings can affect your service costs.

Short answer

Billing and subscription management are available through B2BLIX account > Billing. From there, you can access the Stripe customer portal using your billing email.

The Stripe portal is used to manage subscription details, update company information, download invoices, and cancel the subscription.

If the service was deactivated because of an unpaid subscription, it should reactivate automatically within approximately one hour after the payment has been processed.

An inactive or cancelled subscription may interrupt monitoring, synchronization, calculations, or marketplace price updates. Check your subscription status before investigating individual products or synchronization settings.

How billing and subscription management works

B2BLIX uses Stripe to handle subscription-related billing tasks. You start from the Billing section in your B2BLIX account and then enter the email address connected to your subscription to access the Stripe customer portal.

In the account setup covered by this guide, one B2BLIX account can have one Pigu BuyBox service. The subscription cost can depend on factors such as:

  • The number of products being processed or monitored.
  • The marketplaces being used.
  • The selected monitoring frequencies.
  • Whether standard or more frequent processing is configured.

Use the current B2BLIX price list or calculator when estimating costs. Do not rely on an older invoice or a previously discussed price, because pricing conditions may change.

How to download invoices

  1. Log in to your B2BLIX account.
  2. Open Billing.
  3. Enter the email address associated with the subscription.
  4. Open the Stripe customer portal.
  5. Find the required invoice and download it.

If you cannot find an invoice, first confirm that you entered the same email address that was used for the subscription.

How to manage billing and company details

Open B2BLIX account > Billing and enter the Stripe customer portal. Depending on the available portal options, you can manage subscription and billing information from there.

Before making changes, verify:

  • The company name and billing details belong to the correct legal entity.
  • The email address is connected to the correct B2BLIX subscription.
  • You are managing the subscription for the correct B2BLIX account.
  • Recent payments have finished processing.

How reactivation works after payment

If the BuyBox service was deactivated because the subscription was unpaid, you normally do not need to reactivate it manually. After the payment is successfully processed, the service should reactivate automatically within approximately one hour.

What to check

  • Confirm that the payment status is successful, not pending or declined.
  • Make sure the payment belongs to the subscription used by the affected B2BLIX account.
  • Allow approximately one hour for the account status to update.
  • Log out and back in, or refresh the account page, before checking the status again.

Contact B2BLIX support if the payment has been successfully processed and the service is still inactive after approximately one hour. Include the account email and payment date, but do not send card details or passwords.

How trials and discount coupons work

The BuyBox service should first be activated inside your B2BLIX account. After activation, an eligible discount coupon can be applied to the subscription.

The coupon value and validity depend on the specific discount provided to you. Confirm the coupon details before relying on the discount.

Most B2BLIX services are described as post-payment. This means that prepayment is generally not required before you start using the BuyBox service. Usage is billed according to the applicable subscription and pricing conditions.

If a coupon does not appear

  • Confirm that the BuyBox service has already been activated.
  • Check that the coupon was entered for the correct subscription.
  • Review the coupon spelling and validity.
  • Check the Stripe portal for the current subscription details.
  • Contact B2BLIX support if the coupon was provided to you but is not reflected in the subscription.

How to cancel the subscription

  1. Log in to your B2BLIX account.
  2. Open Billing.
  3. Enter the email address associated with the subscription.
  4. Open the Stripe customer portal.
  5. Select the available option to manage or cancel the subscription.
  6. Review the information shown by Stripe before confirming the cancellation.

Before cancelling, check whether your account is currently publishing prices or running scheduled monitoring and synchronization. Cancelling the subscription may affect these workflows.

Changing BuyBox settings, removing products, or stopping monitoring is not described here as a subscription cancellation method. Use the cancellation controls available through Billing and Stripe.

How monitoring settings can affect costs

B2BLIX uses usage-based pricing. Monitoring a larger number of products or checking them more frequently can increase usage.

Before changing monitoring settings, check:

  • How many categories and products are being monitored.
  • Which marketplaces are enabled.
  • Whether some categories are being checked more frequently than necessary.
  • Whether individual products have monitoring schedules that override their category settings.
  • Whether spending limits or other budget controls are configured.

Do not reduce monitoring frequencies without considering how quickly you need updated marketplace information. Less frequent monitoring can reduce usage, but it can also mean that pricing decisions use older observations.

Example

A seller’s subscription payment fails, and the BuyBox service becomes inactive. The seller completes the payment through the available billing process. After Stripe marks the payment as processed, the seller waits approximately one hour and checks the B2BLIX account again. The service should reactivate automatically without changing the BuyBox or synchronization settings.

What to do next

Start by opening B2BLIX account > Billing and accessing the Stripe customer portal with the email connected to your subscription.

Contact B2BLIX support when:

  • A successful payment has not reactivated the service after approximately one hour.
  • You cannot access the Stripe portal with the expected billing email.
  • An expected invoice is missing.
  • A valid discount coupon is not reflected after service activation.
  • The subscription shown in Stripe does not match the service in your B2BLIX account.

When contacting support, provide your B2BLIX account email, the approximate payment or invoice date, and a description of the issue. Never send your password, marketplace access credentials, or full payment-card information.
