Terms of service for b2blix.feed

Effective date: 15.07.2026

These Terms of Service for B2BLIX.feed supplement the B2BLIX General Terms, covering responsibilities, liability, requirements, and processes related to using the Feed Service for product-data management, integration, processing, and export.

1. Introduction and relationship to the general terms

These Terms of Service for B2BLIX.feed (the “Feed Terms”) are additional Service Terms governing the Customer’s activation of, access to, and use of the B2BLIX Feed product-data processing and feed-management service (the “Feed Service”).

These Feed Terms supplement and form part of the B2BLIX General Terms of Service (the “General Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined in these Feed Terms have the meanings given to them in the General Terms.

The Customer must accept these Feed Terms before activating the Feed Service. Acceptance may be recorded by selecting a checkbox, clicking an acceptance or activation button, confirming a subscription, making a payment, or otherwise enabling or using the Feed Service.

The person accepting these Feed Terms confirms that they are authorized to bind the Customer.

If there is a conflict between these Feed Terms and the General Terms, these Feed Terms take priority only in relation to the Feed Service. The General Terms continue to apply to all matters not specifically addressed in these Feed Terms and to the Customer’s use of the wider B2BLIX Platform.

If the Customer does not agree to these Feed Terms, it must not activate or use the Feed Service.

2. Description and purpose of the feed service

The Feed Service is a self-service software-as-a-service product designed to help business users collect, import, map, organize, standardize, transform, translate, filter, combine, store, and export product data obtained from suppliers or other external data sources selected by the Customer.

The Feed Service may allow the Customer to:

  • connect one or more supplier data sources;
  • configure primary and secondary supplier sources;
  • map supplier fields into a common product-data structure;
  • configure financial, tax, currency, stock, language, category, manufacturer, and content settings;
  • group or identify products using identifiers such as EAN;
  • apply filters, calculations, formulas, conditional logic, and content transformations;
  • translate selected product content;
  • create custom attributes and destination-specific values;
  • create one or more independent export projections;
  • define XML export templates and generation schedules; and
  • inspect imported, mapped, transformed, and exported product data.

The formats, features, processing options, frequencies, limits, and integrations available to the Customer are those displayed in the Feed Service at the relevant time. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued in accordance with the General Terms.

The Feed Service is a data-processing tool only. It does not independently verify the Customer’s products, supplier relationships, commercial decisions, legal compliance, product identifiers, prices, stock levels, product descriptions, tax treatment, or publication requirements.

3. Customer responsibility for suppliers and source access

The Customer is solely responsible for selecting, adding, configuring, enabling, disabling, and managing every supplier and external data source connected to the Feed Service.

The Customer is responsible for:

  • entering correct and current source URLs;
  • selecting the correct source type and file format;
  • providing valid authentication details, request headers, access tokens, or other credentials;
  • determining whether a primary or secondary source is required;
  • ensuring that each source is technically accessible from the Feed Service;
  • maintaining all necessary supplier accounts, contracts, licenses, permissions, and access rights;
  • ensuring that B2BLIX is permitted to retrieve and process the supplier data on the Customer’s behalf;
  • keeping source information and credentials accurate and updated; and
  • removing or disabling a source when the Customer no longer has permission to use it.

The Customer must not connect a source, submit credentials, or instruct B2BLIX to retrieve data unless the Customer has the legal and contractual right to do so.

B2BLIX does not verify the Customer’s contractual relationship with a supplier and is not responsible for determining whether the Customer is permitted to access, download, store, transform, translate, export, or otherwise use supplier data.

Incorrect URLs, expired credentials, changed authentication methods, unavailable servers, unsupported formats, supplier-side errors, access restrictions, network failures, or supplier changes may prevent or delay data retrieval. B2BLIX is not responsible for such events or for their consequences.

4. Supplier data and product information

The Customer is solely responsible for the legality, quality, accuracy, completeness, consistency, availability, and suitability of all supplier data and other Customer Data processed through the Feed Service.

Supplier data may contain incorrect, incomplete, duplicated, outdated, misleading, corrupted, mismatched, or unlawfully supplied information. B2BLIX does not independently inspect or verify:

  • product identifiers, including EAN, SKU, manufacturer codes, or category identifiers;
  • product names, descriptions, images, specifications, dimensions, weight, or attributes;
  • supplier prices, recommended prices, discounts, currency, VAT treatment, or tax rates;
  • stock quantities, availability, delivery times, or product status;
  • categories, manufacturers, brands, translations, or intellectual-property ownership;
  • whether two records using the same product identifier represent the same actual product; or
  • whether supplier content is suitable for publication in a particular market or sales channel.

The Customer must review supplier data and determine whether it is appropriate for the Customer’s intended use before publishing, distributing, transmitting, or otherwise relying on it.

B2BLIX is not responsible for errors originating in supplier data, even where the Feed Service successfully imports, stores, maps, transforms, displays, or exports that data.

5. Product identity and ean-based processing

The Feed Service may use EAN or another identifier displayed in the application as a primary product identity rule.

Products without a usable required identifier may be rejected, ignored, excluded from processing, or omitted from an export.

Products from different suppliers that use the same accepted identifier may be grouped or treated as representations of the same catalog product.

B2BLIX does not guarantee that a supplier has assigned the correct identifier, that identifiers are unique, that records sharing an identifier relate to the same product, or that the related supplier content is complete and consistent.

The Customer is responsible for checking product identity, resolving conflicting supplier information, and ensuring that grouped or merged records are commercially and legally appropriate.

6. Data mapping and selection of source paths

The Customer is solely responsible for configuring the mapping between each supplier source and the product-data structure used by the Feed Service.

This includes selecting the correct elements, properties, nodes, paths, fields, arrays, attributes, or other source locations for information such as:

  • EAN and other product identifiers;
  • SKU and supplier identifiers;
  • title and description;
  • price, currency, VAT, and discount information;
  • stock and availability;
  • images and media links;
  • category and category identifiers;
  • manufacturer or brand;
  • weight and dimensions;
  • color, variants, and additional attributes; and
  • any other mapped or custom fields.

An incorrect mapping or source path may cause products to be rejected, duplicated, grouped incorrectly, assigned incorrect values, omitted from exports, or published with inaccurate information.

Any automated, AI-assisted, suggested, detected, or preselected mapping is provided only as a convenience. Such suggestions may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for the relevant supplier source.

The Customer must review and approve every mapping and remains solely responsible for the selected paths and all resulting data.

7. Supplier settings, tax, currency, and content configuration

The Customer is solely responsible for configuring and verifying the settings used to interpret each supplier’s data.

These settings may include:

  • supplier country;
  • source currency;
  • whether supplier prices include or exclude VAT;
  • the applicable VAT rate;
  • default content language;
  • weight and measurement units;
  • stock interpretation;
  • category treatment;
  • product-retention and last-seen settings;
  • force-zero-stock settings; and
  • other financial, content, or processing settings shown in the Feed Service.

B2BLIX does not provide tax, accounting, legal, customs, pricing, or regulatory advice. The Customer must determine the correct VAT, currency, tax, unit, and product-information treatment for its business and intended sales channels.

Currency conversion, reference rates, rounding, or similar calculations may depend on third-party data and may be delayed, unavailable, or unsuitable for a particular transaction. The Customer must verify all converted and calculated values before use.

8. Categories, manufacturers, and automated classification

The Feed Service may allow supplier categories to be associated with a shared category structure and may display manufacturer or brand values discovered in supplier data.

Automated or AI-assisted classification may be used to propose category relationships, mappings, or other data associations.

B2BLIX does not guarantee that any classification, category relationship, manufacturer value, or automated suggestion is correct.

The Customer must review, correct, approve, and maintain all category and manufacturer relationships before relying on them in transformations or exports.

The Customer is responsible for the consequences of an incorrect category, brand, manufacturer, or product classification, including rejected listings, regulatory issues, incorrect fees, unsuitable publication, or third-party claims.

9. Data transformation rules and formulas

The Feed Service may allow the Customer to create filters, formulas, conditional rules, transformation rules, custom attributes, priorities, and other instructions that modify product data.

The Customer is solely responsible for:

  • selecting the products to which a rule applies;
  • defining filter conditions and logical groups;
  • writing and testing formulas and expressions;
  • selecting input attributes and constant values;
  • setting the order and priority of rules;
  • creating or overriding product attributes;
  • calculating margins, prices, taxes, discounts, stock, and other commercial values;
  • using text-processing, formatting, conversion, or translation functions; and
  • reviewing the cumulative effect of multiple rules.

A valid expression may still produce a commercially incorrect or unintended result. A formula may also produce different results when supplier data, rule priority, field type, missing values, rounding, currency, or other inputs change.

B2BLIX does not guarantee that the Customer’s formulas, filters, conditions, or transformation logic are correct or suitable for the Customer’s intended purpose.

The Customer must test all rules on a controlled set of products and inspect the final results before applying them to a production catalog or publication process.

10. Translation and content-processing functions

Translation and other automated content-processing functions may use third-party or automated systems and may be processed separately from supplier import or export generation.

Translations and generated or transformed text may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, culturally unsuitable, legally non-compliant, or inconsistent with the original meaning.

B2BLIX does not guarantee the correctness, quality, tone, terminology, legal suitability, or commercial suitability of translated or otherwise processed content.

The Customer must review translated and transformed content before publication and is responsible for all content published or distributed using the Feed Service.

Translation and other designated content-processing functions may be chargeable based on the volume of content, number of products, selected languages, number of operations, credits, or other units shown in the current price list.

11. Supplier synchronization and collection frequency

The Customer is solely responsible for selecting and maintaining an appropriate data-collection and synchronization frequency for every supplier source.

The Customer must review and comply with each supplier’s contractual requirements, technical documentation, acceptable-use rules, request limits, rate limits, download-frequency restrictions, and instructions.

Excessive or unsuitable requests may cause a supplier to:

  • throttle or delay responses;
  • block an IP address, credential, account, or source;
  • suspend or terminate the Customer’s access;
  • apply additional fees or usage restrictions;
  • return incomplete or cached data; or
  • take contractual or legal action against the Customer.

B2BLIX is not responsible for supplier restrictions, blocking, throttling, additional supplier charges, unavailable data, terminated access, or any other consequence resulting from the Customer’s selected frequency or use of a supplier source.

A frequency selected in the Feed Service is a scheduling target and not a guaranteed execution time. Actual synchronization may occur earlier or later because of queues, processing volume, maintenance, third-party availability, network conditions, source limitations, account status, or technical errors.

12. Data freshness, missing products, and fallback settings

Supplier data may become outdated between synchronizations. A failed synchronization does not necessarily remove previously stored data or set all affected products to zero stock.

The Feed Service may continue to use the latest successfully stored data until new data is obtained or until a Customer-controlled freshness, retention, removal, or force-zero-stock rule takes effect.

The Customer is solely responsible for configuring and testing settings that determine:

  • how long previously collected product data may remain available;
  • when a product that is no longer present in a source should be removed;
  • when stock should be changed to zero;
  • whether uncategorized products may remain available;
  • how missing, empty, invalid, or outdated values should be treated; and
  • whether an export may use previously stored data following a supplier failure.

Incorrect freshness or fallback settings may result in outdated prices, unavailable products being shown as available, available products being removed, incorrect stock values, or other unsuitable output.

B2BLIX is not responsible for losses, claims, orders, cancellations, penalties, or other consequences caused by delayed, missing, outdated, retained, or fallback supplier data.

13. Export projections and templates

The Customer may create one or more export projections from the product data stored in the Feed Service.

Each export projection may have independent product-selection rules, suppliers, filters, categories, manufacturers, transformation rules, attributes, templates, schedules, and output files.

The Customer is solely responsible for creating, configuring, validating, and maintaining every export projection and export template.

This includes responsibility for:

  • selecting the correct products and suppliers;
  • defining the correct filters and selection logic;
  • assigning the intended transformation rules;
  • defining the correct XML elements, attributes, structure, encoding, and values;
  • including all mandatory destination fields;
  • excluding prohibited or unsuitable data;
  • selecting the correct generation frequency;
  • testing the generated file; and
  • maintaining the template when an external destination changes its requirements.

B2BLIX does not guarantee that an export complies with the technical, commercial, legal, tax, catalog, or content requirements of any store, marketplace, price-comparison platform, advertising system, integration, catalog partner, or other destination.

Generation of an export file does not mean that the file has been downloaded, imported, processed, accepted, approved, displayed, or published by an external destination.

B2BLIX is not responsible for a destination’s rejection, modification, delayed processing, partial import, categorization, publication decision, suspension, fees, or other actions.

14. Export schedules and external publication

The Customer is responsible for selecting an appropriate export-generation frequency and ensuring that it corresponds with the freshness of the underlying supplier data and the requirements of the intended destination.

Supplier synchronization and export generation are separate operations. A recent export does not guarantee that every supplier source was recently or successfully synchronized.

Export schedules are processing targets and are not guaranteed execution or delivery times.

The Customer is responsible for any system, application, script, plugin, platform, or person that retrieves, imports, publishes, or otherwise uses an export generated by the Feed Service.

The Customer must verify that the external destination has received and correctly applied the intended data.

15. Errors, alerts, logs, and customer monitoring

The Feed Service may display errors, warnings, status indicators, logs, validation results, failed-operation notices, missing-field notices, or other information concerning the Customer’s configuration and processing.

The Customer is responsible for regularly monitoring the Feed Service and reviewing all available errors, warnings, reports, notifications, logs, imported data, product previews, export checks, and generated files.

The Customer must promptly investigate and correct any reported or suspected problem.

Continuing to use the Feed Service after an error, warning, failed synchronization, failed translation, invalid mapping, or unsuitable export is displayed is at the Customer’s own risk.

The absence of an error message, warning, or alert does not guarantee that the configuration, supplier data, transformation, calculation, translation, or export is correct.

B2BLIX is not responsible for the Customer’s failure to review, understand, respond to, or act upon an error, warning, status message, report, or other information made available through the Feed Service.

16. Testing, review, and production use

The Customer must test the Feed Service in a controlled manner before using it with a complete catalog or production sales channel.

The Customer should begin with a limited number of suppliers, products, rules, and export destinations and expand its use only after reviewing the results.

Before production use, the Customer must verify at least:

  • source accessibility and credentials;
  • supplier financial and content settings;
  • product identifiers and mapping paths;
  • category and manufacturer relationships;
  • supplier and export frequencies;
  • product selection and filtering;
  • transformation rules, formulas, priorities, and translations;
  • stock, price, currency, VAT, and freshness behavior;
  • the final structure and content of each generated export; and
  • the external destination’s handling of the export.

The Customer must maintain appropriate source copies, backups, approval procedures, rollback measures, monitoring, and business-continuity processes.

The Feed Service is not a substitute for the Customer’s quality-control, data-governance, legal-review, backup, audit, or publication-approval procedures.

17. Usage, credits, and current price list

The Feed Service uses subscription-based and usage-based pricing. The valid and current price list is available inside the B2BLIX application.

The price list displayed in the application at the time a chargeable operation is recorded takes priority over examples, previous price lists, marketing materials, older documentation, cached information, or verbal statements, unless a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Chargeable activities may include:

  • supplier-data import, download, or synchronization operations;
  • export-generation operations;
  • translation or other content-processing operations;
  • subscription access;
  • additional capacity, credits, quotas, or usage packages; and
  • other chargeable functions identified in the current price list.

Prices, included volumes, credits, quotas, usage units, limits, and calculation methods may vary by plan and may be changed in accordance with the General Terms.

The Customer is solely responsible for understanding how the following affect its costs:

  • the number of enabled suppliers and supplier sources;
  • supplier synchronization frequency;
  • the number of export projections;
  • export-generation frequency;
  • the number of products processed;
  • translation volume and selected languages;
  • repeated testing or manual execution;
  • queued or scheduled operations;
  • configuration changes; and
  • any other chargeable activity described in the current price list.

Usage is measured according to B2BLIX system records and the current price list. Unless there is a manifest technical error, those records determine chargeable usage.

A chargeable operation is not made free or refundable merely because the source data was unsuitable, the Customer’s configuration was incorrect, the resulting output was not used, or an external destination did not accept the output.

18. Cost controls and customer responsibility

The Customer is solely responsible for monitoring subscription charges, usage charges, credits, quotas, product volumes, processing frequencies, and total costs.

The Feed Service may provide cost estimates, usage displays, notifications, soft limits, hard limits, calculators, projections, or other cost-control tools. These tools are provided for convenience only.

Cost-control information may be delayed, estimated, rounded, incomplete, or affected by pending, queued, repeated, or recently completed operations.

A spending limit or notification may not prevent all charges already initiated, queued, processed, or reported after the relevant limit was reached.

The Customer must review all cost-related settings before enabling suppliers, frequent synchronization, frequent exports, translations, or other high-volume operations.

Charges resulting from the Customer’s settings, errors, repeated operations, excessive frequencies, unintended product volumes, or failure to monitor usage remain payable and are not refundable except where required by mandatory law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

19. Subscription, stripe billing, and payment obligations

Access to the Feed Service requires an active subscription unless B2BLIX expressly provides a trial, free period, credit arrangement, or other written exception.

Feed Service subscriptions and related payments are processed through Stripe or another payment processor approved by B2BLIX. By activating a paid subscription, the Customer authorizes recurring subscription and usage charges using the payment method associated with its account.

The billing cycle, renewal date, applicable fees, and payment terms are displayed in the application, invoice, checkout process, or applicable written agreement.

In most cases, the Feed Service uses a monthly billing cycle aligned with the first calendar day of each month. Where this billing cycle applies, cancellation or deactivation requested during a calendar month takes effect on the closest upcoming first day of a month, unless a different effective date is displayed in the application or agreed in writing.

Until the effective cancellation date:

  • the subscription remains active;
  • the Customer may continue to access the Feed Service unless access is suspended;
  • scheduled and manually initiated operations may continue to be processed;
  • subscription and usage charges may continue to accrue; and
  • the Customer remains responsible for all fees generated under its configuration.

The Customer must pay the final invoice generated for the Feed Service. The final invoice may include subscription fees, usage charges, pending or delayed usage, operations completed before the effective cancellation date, applicable taxes, and other amounts accrued under the applicable agreement.

A final invoice may be issued on or after the effective cancellation date because some usage may be processed, measured, or reported after the Customer submits its cancellation request.

Stopping active use of the Feed Service, disabling suppliers, deleting an export, removing credentials, or ceasing to log in does not itself cancel the subscription or remove the Customer’s payment obligations. The Customer must complete the cancellation process available in the application or provide written notice where self-service cancellation is unavailable.

Cancellation does not invalidate invoices already issued, charges already incurred, or the Customer’s obligation to pay the final invoice.

No partial-month refund or credit is provided for unused access following a cancellation request unless required by mandatory law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Failed payments, expired payment methods, chargebacks, or unpaid invoices may result in suspension or termination of the Feed Service. Suspension does not waive any outstanding payment obligation.

20. Availability and scheduled processing

The Feed Service and all supplier imports, mapping functions, classifications, transformations, translations, export generations, files, schedules, and supporting operations are provided on an “as available” basis.

B2BLIX does not guarantee that any operation will start, complete, repeat, or become available at a specific time.

Processing may be delayed, interrupted, retried, omitted, or unavailable because of:

  • maintenance or updates;
  • technical errors or capacity limits;
  • processing queues or data volume;
  • supplier or third-party outages;
  • changed file structures or authentication methods;
  • network, hosting, or infrastructure failures;
  • security events or abuse-prevention measures;
  • account status or payment issues;
  • force majeure events; or
  • other circumstances described in the General Terms.

No service level, processing guarantee, uptime commitment, response time, recovery time, or support level applies unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

21. “As is” service and warranty disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Feed Service and all supplier data, mappings, classifications, calculations, formulas, transformations, translations, catalog records, reports, generated files, exports, schedules, integrations, and other outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranties of any kind.

B2BLIX disclaims all express, implied, statutory, and other warranties, including warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, compatibility, availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, and results.

B2BLIX does not warrant or guarantee that:

  • the Feed Service will operate without interruption, delay, omission, or error;
  • supplier data will be available, accurate, complete, current, lawful, or suitable;
  • a source format, data structure, URL, credential, or supplier connection will remain supported;
  • product identifiers, mappings, categories, manufacturers, or grouped products will be correct;
  • calculations, prices, taxes, currencies, formulas, filters, transformations, or translations will be correct;
  • stock, availability, freshness, retention, or fallback behavior will meet the Customer’s expectations;
  • a generated export will be complete, valid, accepted, downloaded, imported, approved, or published;
  • an external platform or destination will remain compatible with the Feed Service;
  • errors or data loss will be detected, reported, prevented, or corrected;
  • cost estimates, limits, notifications, or usage displays will be immediate or complete;
  • the Feed Service will meet the Customer’s particular requirements; or
  • use of the Feed Service will achieve any catalog acceptance, product approval, marketplace position, traffic, order volume, revenue, earnings, margin, savings, profit, or other commercial result.

The Customer uses the Feed Service, supplier data, and all outputs entirely at its own risk.

22. Feed-specific exclusions and limitation of liability

The exclusions and limitations of liability stated in the General Terms apply fully to the Feed Service. Nothing in these Feed Terms increases or expands B2BLIX’s liability under the General Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, B2BLIX is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, claim, penalty, refund, chargeback, business interruption, or third-party action arising from or relating to:

  • supplier data or the Customer’s right to access or use it;
  • incorrect, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or outdated supplier data;
  • incorrect source URLs, credentials, request headers, or authentication settings;
  • supplier blocking, throttling, rate limits, fees, or access termination;
  • incorrect mappings, source paths, product identifiers, or category relationships;
  • incorrect tax, VAT, currency, stock, language, weight, or content settings;
  • incorrect formulas, filters, transformations, translations, priorities, or custom attributes;
  • retained, removed, missing, duplicated, grouped, or incorrectly matched products;
  • outdated prices, stock, descriptions, images, categories, or other product information;
  • incorrect or incompatible export templates;
  • rejected, delayed, partially processed, or incorrectly published exports;
  • failure of a supplier, store, marketplace, price-comparison platform, or other external system;
  • failure to review or respond to an error, warning, status message, log, or report;
  • charges resulting from the Customer’s configuration, frequency, volume, or failure to monitor usage;
  • unauthorized or unlawful use of supplier or third-party data;
  • the Customer’s publication, sale, advertisement, or distribution of products or product information;
  • orders accepted on the basis of incorrect price, stock, delivery, or product information; or
  • any business decision made using the Feed Service or its outputs.

B2BLIX is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, loss of opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of margin, loss of goodwill, reputational harm, data loss, business interruption, substitute services, indirect damages, incidental damages, special damages, punitive damages, or consequential damages.

Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains subject to the aggregate liability cap and other limitations stated in the General Terms.

23. Customer indemnification

In addition to the indemnification obligations in the General Terms, the Customer will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless B2BLIX and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from third-party claims, proceedings, losses, damages, penalties, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from or relating to:

  • supplier data, product content, images, descriptions, prices, or other information provided by the Customer;
  • the Customer’s lack of authority to access, process, transform, translate, export, or publish data;
  • the Customer’s breach of a supplier’s or external platform’s terms or technical restrictions;
  • incorrect, unlawful, misleading, or infringing product information published by the Customer;
  • the Customer’s products, offers, orders, sales, taxes, pricing, or regulatory obligations;
  • the Customer’s configurations, formulas, mappings, transformations, translations, or exports; or
  • the Customer’s or an Authorized User’s use or misuse of the Feed Service.

24. Suspension, cancellation, and termination

The Customer may request cancellation of the Feed Service through the available application interface or by written notice where self-service cancellation is unavailable.

Cancellation becomes effective according to the billing-cycle rules in Section 19 of these Feed Terms.

B2BLIX may immediately suspend imports, exports, translations, access, or any other Feed Service operation where reasonably necessary because of:

  • non-payment or a failed payment method;
  • breach of these Feed Terms, the General Terms, or applicable law;
  • suspected unauthorized access or credential compromise;
  • unlawful, abusive, excessive, or technically harmful use;
  • a supplier or third-party complaint or restriction;
  • a security, infrastructure, or operational risk;
  • a request from a competent authority; or
  • any other suspension ground stated in the General Terms.

Suspension or termination does not remove the Customer’s responsibility to pay all subscription fees, usage charges, taxes, final invoices, and other amounts accrued before the effective termination date.

The Customer is responsible for downloading or retaining any required data and exports before termination. B2BLIX does not guarantee that Customer Data, configurations, generated files, or historical results will remain available after termination.

Data may be deleted, anonymized, or retained after termination in accordance with the General Terms, Privacy Policy, applicable data processing terms, and legal retention obligations.

25. Changes to the feed service and these feed terms

B2BLIX may update the Feed Service, supported formats, processing rules, available frequencies, limits, pricing units, credit values, interfaces, or these Feed Terms in accordance with the General Terms.

Material changes may be communicated through the application, by email, or by another reasonable method.

Continued use of the Feed Service after updated Feed Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Feed Terms.

If the Customer does not agree to an update, it must cancel the Feed Service before the updated Feed Terms take effect.

26. Privacy and data processing

Customer Data and personal data processed through the Feed Service are handled in accordance with the B2BLIX Privacy Policy, the General Terms, and any applicable data processing agreement.

The Customer remains responsible for determining whether supplier data or exported product data contains personal data and for establishing a lawful basis, providing required notices, responding to data-subject requests, and issuing lawful processing instructions.

The Customer must not include personal data in supplier feeds, transformation rules, translations, notes, or exports unless such processing is necessary, lawful, and permitted under the applicable agreement.

27. Governing law and dispute resolution

The governing-law and dispute-resolution provisions of the General Terms apply to these Feed Terms and the Feed Service.

This includes the requirement to attempt good-faith negotiation and mediation before unresolved disputes are finally submitted to the Riga Civil Disputes Arbitration Court in written proceedings before a single arbitrator, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia and the prevailing rules of that arbitration court.

The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding upon the parties, subject only to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

28. Contact information

Questions concerning these Feed Terms may be sent to [email protected].
