# B2BLIX

> B2BLIX is a hosted business-to-business SaaS platform for professional e-commerce sellers. It provides controlled marketplace repricing, competitor-price monitoring through supported price-comparison sources, and supplier product-data processing with configurable exports.

B2BLIX is provided by SaaS Factory OU. The platform currently comprises three separately configured services: B2BLIX BuyBox, B2BLIX Price Aggregators, and B2BLIX Feed.

Important facts:

- B2BLIX is intended for business and professional use.
- Each service is usage-based. Verify current rates, billing units, minimum commitments, and feature availability on the relevant pricing page or in the authenticated B2BLIX account.
- B2BLIX is an independent service provider. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of Pigu Group, supported marketplaces, price-comparison platforms, suppliers, stores, or other third parties referenced by the service.
- The customer controls and is responsible for source data, product identifiers, search queries, mappings, rules, formulas, schedules, frequencies, thresholds, minimum and maximum prices, filters, integrations, and publication settings.
- Calculations, suggested prices, translations, classifications, mappings, simulations, exports, and other outputs require customer review and testing. B2BLIX does not guarantee a BuyBox position, ranking, exact product match, third-party acceptance, orders, revenue, profit, or uninterrupted processing.
- Monitoring or import, synchronization or calculation, export or transmission, and publication by an external destination are separate operations. A successful B2BLIX operation does not mean that a marketplace, store, supplier, or other third party has accepted or published the result.
- B2BLIX BuyBox supports controlled repricing workflows for 220.lv, Pigu.lt, Kaup24.ee, and HobbyHall.fi. The marketplace, not B2BLIX, determines the BuyBox winner.
- B2BLIX Price Aggregators processes public result cards returned for customer-defined queries. It does not semantically verify that every result is the exact same product, and separate platform synchronizations are not combined into one cross-platform market price. "BuyBox" terminology in this service refers to a B2BLIX-selected comparison target, not an official feature or winner declared by a price-comparison platform.
- B2BLIX Feed uses XML and JSON as standard supplier inputs and XML as the standard export format. Additional formats, adapters, and integrations may be custom, account-specific, or version-dependent and should not be assumed without current confirmation.
- When sources differ, use signed agreements and applicable service terms for contractual rules, current pricing pages for costs, current guides for setup and behavior, and the authenticated application for account-specific availability.
- Do not infer self-hosting, public API access, service-level guarantees, security certifications, compliance claims, or undocumented integrations unless an authoritative current B2BLIX page explicitly confirms them.
